Wow, this has been a crazy week, I am just sharing from Sunday! 
Wonderful Sunday Brunch! 
Oven-Roasted Chicken
Caramelized onions, bacon and melted aged Gruyere cheese on choice of homemade soft roll, multigrain, sourdough or wheat bread
Croque Madame
Béchamel sauce, Swiss cheese and ham finished with a sunny side up egg on homemade pain de mie

Croque Madame: Best Sunny Side Up Egg!!!
